| Artist's Statement |
"If a developer were to explore some of Florida's natural areas, what would he see? Would he see an expansive community of homes and shopping centers, or an environment of coexistence, with each species and organism nourishing and sustaining the other? Our mode of thinking has turned from Godly to Worldly. To think of us in that regard is to suggest that we are the center of the universe. If we continue to think of ourselves in these terms, our war against nature will soon turn into a war against ourselves. The sanctity of life goes for all living creatures, both great and small."
